As a young adult in high school, I worked in an Italian restaurant.  One of my favorite dishes was the blackened chicken fettuccine.  Now with a family of my own, I find myself trying different combinations of spices in my kitchen, and wanting to share my favorite flavors.  This blackened spice is great with chicken or steak, but of course, it is also excellent with your favorite fish or seafood.
