I originally made this as a Tri-Tip marinade, but it can be used for any meat.  Add a cup of warm water or your favorite cooking wine (whichever you prefer) to the marinade and mix well.  In a container or zip lock bag pour marinade mixture over the meat, and refrigerate overnight.  In the morning make sure to turn the meat over.  A couple hours before cooking pull it from the refrigerator to come to room temperature (meat will cook more evenly).  Great for baking or grilling!
